Cold use: ROYUELA
A rarer olive variety from Andalusia (Spain). Harvested at a specific moment of the season, giving an unmatched flavor. A delicate, subtle olive oil with fruity notes. Ideal as an addition and for tasting.

Hot use: PICUAL
Renowned Spanish olives from the Jaén province in Andalusia. Harvested at peak season, rich in ripe flavour: bold aroma and subtle bitterness. A perfect olive oil for cooking with heat.

Net volume: 2 × 500 ml

Extra Virgin Olive Oils. Obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

Energy value: 3700 kJ / 900 kcal. Total fat 100 g, of which saturates 12 g, monounsaturates 80 g, polyunsaturates 8 g; carbohydrate 0 g, protein 0 g, fibre 0 g, salt 0 g; vitamin E approx. 30 mg (250% NRV), vitamin A approx. 300 µg (37.5% NRV).
